1. No Refunds

All services provided by BlueSpark Pools are non-refundable. Once a service has been booked and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to service dissatisfaction, change of mind, or cancellation by the client after the 24-hour window.

2. Service Quality

In the event that you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. While we do not offer refunds, we will work with you to address any concerns and ensure the service meets your expectations.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a charge for the full service without the possibility of rescheduling or refund.

4. Information Collection
