1. Services

BlueSpark Pools offers pool cleaning, maintenance, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on location.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the website are in INR and may be subject to applicable taxes. Payments must be made in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. However, any agreed pricing prior to changes will be honored for the duration of the contract.

3. Service Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Clients are requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. BlueSpark Pools reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or missed appointments without notice.

4. Liability

While we take all precautions to ensure that your pool is maintained to the highest standard, BlueSpark Pools is not liable for any damage caused by the use of faulty pool equipment or improper chemical usage not provided by our service. BlueSpark Pools shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra.
